**Dancers: Your Festival classes and workshops are NOT included in the tour package. You will choose your own schedule of classes upon registration; Zahra and Princess Farhana will assist you with class sign-ups and selection. There is a $200.00 minimum charge per person for classes, but be advised it is money well spent- the instructors are uniformly world-class, and in many cases, legends in the field.

To secure your reservation, we need a $500.00 deposit.

Once your check has cleared, we will notify you and hold your spot.
After your deposit has been paid, the balance due on your trip needs to be paid to Eternal Egypt on or before April 15, 2010. Make check payments to ETERNAL EGYPT , not Zahra or Princess Farhana.

After your deposit has been paid, final payment for your trip needs to be paid to Eternal Egypt on or before April 15, 2010.
Cancellation Policy: Due to the fees applied to international wire transfers, airline and hotel reservations, etc. if you choose to cancel your trip, Eternal Egypt Tours will retain a $100.00 processing fee, with the balance of the deposit returned to you.
